A pillar in the climbing world.  Renowned for producing quality rock climbing gear.

Many of their products have been the go to choice for climbers for decades. Whether it's indoor gyms, steep Grampian's sports routes or epic long multi-pitch trad climbs, there is a Petzl product that is a go to choice for a lot of climbers.

Great examples of these types of products are;

The Petzl Grigri first hit the market in 1991 and is still in use today.  It has had a few iterations / improvements but is fundamentally the same device as it is today.  I still have and use my original Grigri.  The product is iconic and has stood the test of time.

The Petzl Connect Adjust is the go to personal anchor.  It's function is seamless and really upped the game.  Now I find I sell 5 Connect Adjust's to any one other personal anchor.

Petzl headtorches are another example of leaders in the field.  I remember living in the dirt at Mount Arapiles reading in my tent with my Petzl Zoom.  These days the technology has dramatically changed, for the better, but Petzl is still my go-to choice.  My Petzl Actik Core is used almost daily and has worked flawlessly for years.
